ENJOYING MID-TOWN, Guelph


If you have been following the real estate market in Guelph, Wellington, and Waterloo Regions you probably know that prices are going up, and they are (at this time) going up fast.

Kortright West is conveniently located in close proximity to all amenities including grocery stores and malls, as well as independent stores and restaurants. The area also boasts easy access to highway 401 and highway 124; you can get to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, or the GTA easily and without hassle.


The area also features many great public and private schools as well as playgrounds and parks. Most notably, Hanlon Creek Park and Preservation Park, a 7.7 km loop trail that is open year-round. Hanlon Road Off-Leash Dog Park is a fantastic trail for a walk with your fur family.


Families will also appreciate the benefits of above-average sized lots and the possibilities that accompany that. This established neighbourhood is home to an abundance of mature trees, bringing a variety of birds and wildlife.
